Dr.Mazin Al Hakeem is a board certified plastic surgeon at the Plastic Surgery Institute of California. Dr. Hakeem graduated in biological science from the University of California.
He then completed his training in aesthetic surgery at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and AL.
